This Privacy Statement is to inform you on how to deal with your personal information and what rights you have.

Rijn IJssel, where the New World Hotel is part of, is responsible for the secure processing of personal data as specified in the applicable privacy legislation. We do this by working only with parties that meet the safety requirements.
Reservations
If you make a reservation on this website for a lunch, hotel room, diner or conference room, the following data is processed:
- Your first and last name
- Your address details
- your phone number
- Your email address
We need this information to contact you if you so requests, and/or to approach you in writing (e-mail and/or mail) if you unfortunately can’t be reached by telephone.
We also need your personal information to perform an agreement made with you in command, this may be a reservation for lunch, dinner, hotel accommodation, conference, or a combination thereof.
Save
Hotel New World stores your personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. If no agreement is concluded, your account will be deleted within one month.
If an agreement is reached, we keep your data two years after completion of the agreement.
We collect or use no personal data for purposes other than the purposes described in this privacy statement.
Questions, comments or complaints
You have the right to access, rectify or delete the personal information we have received through this website. Also, you may object to the processing of personal data (or a portion thereof). For this you can send an email to info@hoteldenieuwewereld.nl. Hotel New World will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
