This Privacy Statement is an appendix to the privacy policy of Rijn IJssel.

In this Privacy Statement we inform you about how your personal data are handled and what your rights are.

• Security

  Rijn IJssel, of which Hotel de Nieuwe Wereld is a part, ensures secure processing of personal data as referred to in the applicable privacy legislation. We do this by only cooperating with parties that meet the security requirements.

• Reservations

  If you make a reservation for a lunch, hotel room, dinner or function rooms on this website, the following information about you will be processed:

  • your first and last name
  • your address details
  • your phone number
  • your e-mail address

  We need these details to be able to contact you by telephone if you so request, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or post) if you unexpectedly cannot be reached by telephone.

  In addition, we need your personal data for the execution of a contract concluded with you, which may consist of a reservation for lunch, dinner, hotel accommodation, meeting room or a combination thereof.

• Save

  Hotel de Nieuwe Wereld will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data are collected. If no contract is concluded, your data will be removed within one month.

  If an agreement has been concluded, we will keep your data for a maximum of 2 years after completion of the agreement. We do not collect or use personal data for purposes other than those described in this privacy statement.

Questions, comments or complaints

You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete personal data received through this website. You may also object to the processing of personal data (or part thereof). To do so, please send an e-mail to info@hoteldenieuwewereld.nl. Hotel de Nieuwe Wereld will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 4 weeks.
